Mood tracking may be my new favourite thing, I love all things documenting anyway – journaling my day, investments, reflecting.
I also did the ‘start where you are’ method this time as I started it at near the end of the month.
Over all I tracked 8 areas of my life, some went into to activities as well as feelings. With one ball point pen and 8 coloured pencils I recorded in my day:
* Spiritual focus
* Productive organised
* Productive creative
The colours looked wonderful but the findings were far greater! I found it transformative and I’ve planned out a new months already.
