Throughout my journey of learning yoga, practicing it in life to training as a teacher and teaching regularly, I have always been interested in learning more, to use and share with others. While planning classes two patterns would emerge:
The first was that I’d search books and the internet for ways to explain things, new Kriyas and meditations and all the information would be spread out. It didn’t make sense, for a wonderful teaching to be hard for people to piece together.
The second was that I had and continue to have lots of beginners to Kundalini Yoga to classes, some were there for a class or two and others stayed for weeks, certain it was having a positive effect on their lives.
The whole point of Yoga is to unite you with your true self, this guide is a tool to guide you to safely and successfully be on your way to doing that.

Why learn from me?
I’ve done a morning practice almost everyday since I was a teenager, through many life changes including starting over multiple times and becoming a mother.
