KUNDALINI CLASSES HAVE MOVED ONLINE – WEDNESDAYS & SATURDAYS
Now is the time, we have a great opportunity to move our bodies, do breathwork, find stillness through meditation and connect with others.
Kundalini Yoga is full of tools for getting our circulation moving, building immunity and helping with anxiety and fears of the future. From this April we will be using our energy to relax, renew and enrich our whole selves.
In-person, classes are paused and we will continue online via Zoom, an easy app, and website to use!
CLASSES START WEDNESDAY 8TH APRIL 2020
Wednesdays 12 Noon – 12.30 PM Relax and Renew in under 30 minutes
A short set of movements and meditation using the breath to center yourself and restart your day. Everyone welcome.
Thursdays 6.30-7.30 PM Beginners and Beyond Yoga Class
A set of warm-ups, A Kriya (set of movements) focused on a different theme each week, relaxation and meditation. Everyone welcome.

Go straight to payment, it is taken via PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org / friends and family) up to two hours before class starts. Write the reference W (for Wednesdays) and T (for Thursdays) or B (for both) followed by your name.
Once you’ve transferred please email me to confirm and I will send you an email with a link to Zoom with instructions.
Please have ready for class: A mat, blanket (for relaxation) and water bottle.
