In life and especially when carving a creative life for yourself, it’s important to plan ahead for times of low energy, negative thinking and feeling uninspired.

That’s where prompt cards come in, it’s like a set of go to customised ideas to choose from to re start your engine.

Each card states a challenge and on the back are a list of remedies you can respond with them to. It’s about connecting to what you find relaxing, fun, to feel lighter using your inner resources as number one remedy.

I have made two pdfs with altogether 8 cards for you to print, scroll to the bottom to click on the links!

On the back of the cards you can either write on them straight away or stick a hard sheet of paper to make them sturdy.

You can write on your cards any form of self serving remedy such as for Lighten up I wrote – watch stand up as it’s something that will make me laugh out loud and lighten up a little. Also you don’t have to write all your remedies at once, remedies may just come and as you notice how effective they are, then write them on the back of your card. Books and magazines can have good suggestions too.

Prompt cards can have any challenge stated on them, you could even focus on a them such as a project your working on or make a set of relationship cards. If you want to, use this as a guide or inspiration and make your own cards!
